Meditation brings peace to today’s busy lifestyle. Through easy-to-learn, simple-to-do meditation practices, we are able to keep anxiety and negative thoughts at bay, relax body and mind, recover lost energy, and promote longevity. Meditation also allows us to gain compassionate wisdom; this in turn enables us to look at problems from different perspectives, thus elevating our mental state.

Bodhi Meditation’s Health & Happiness Retreat is your path to improving physical and mental health, as well as gaining happiness in your life.

No meditation experience is required.

What You Will Gain

  • Understand the basic concepts and important matters of meditation.

  • Learn meditation systematically:
    The Meditation of Greater Illumination (GI) and The Meditation of Purity are simple methods which spark a quick energy boost, transforming health physically and mentally.

  • Understand the energy of compassion, elevate self-cultivation, improve personal relationships, and elevate mental state.

When to Start

Each class is eight and a half days and is tuition-free.
Daily from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
