Bodhi Meditation’s Stress Relief Class is a fantastic introductory course for all meditation beginners. Spending only 3.5-hours a day learning Bodhi Meditation’s quick and effective methods is the perfect choice for those who are busy and under high pressure every day.

During the retreat, you will follow the guidance of Bodhi Meditation’s founder Grandmaster JinBodhi to learn how to reset and maintain a happier, positive mindset, to free yourself from the pressures and stressors in relationships, career, at school, and in health, receive the energy to move forward in life.
